The International Journal of Medicine and Technical Research (IJMTR) is a fully open-access journal. All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

This license permits anyone to:

• Share: Copy, distribute, and transmit the article in any medium or format.
• Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercially.

Provided that the original authors and the source journal are properly cited and credited.

We believe that authors should retain control over their intellectual properties. In contrast to traditional subscription journals:

• Authors retain **full copyright** of their articles without restriction.
• Authors grant IJMTR a license to publish and identify itself as the original publisher.
• Authors grant any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its original authors and citation details are identified.

Authors are encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional or subject repositories (e.g., PubMed Central, arXiv, university databases).

Since all articles are open access under the CC BY 4.0 license, there are no embargo periods.
